Black Bean Corn Salsa

This is so yummy and a great mild salsa I like to serve with our fish tacos! My husband likes to put it on  his tacos but I like to mix it with my rice. We also eat on it for a few days afterward with chips!

Black Bean Corn Salsa
1 can of Rotel -drained
1 can of black beans- drained
1 can of whole kern corn- drained
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/3 cup fresh cilantro- chopped
1 TBSP oil
1 red or purple onion- chopped
1/2 lime juice (heated in microwave then squeezed) or like 2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin

1) mix all ingredients in a bowl
2) eat UP!
