Fish Tacos
Crema Sauce:
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 TBSPN fat free mayo
3 TBSPN reduced fat sour cream
1 ½ tsp lime juice
¼ tsp salt
1 garlic clove, minced
Tacos:
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ lb tilapia
cooking spray
2 cups shredded cabbage
8 (6 inch) corn tortillas

preheat oven to 425 degrees

for crema, combine the first 8 ingredients in a
small bowl, set aside

for tacos, combine cumin and next 5 ingredients
in a small bowl and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of fish
and place fish on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees
for 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
