My mom got this recipe from my highschool's cookbook and then gave it to me. Its so easy and delicious and something you can do for dinner with chicken. Its kind of a crunchy and oven "fried" with great taste!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb chicken tenderloins
4-6 cups cornflakes--crushed (not to a powder but into small pieces of flakes)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 dry ranch packet
4-6 tablespoons of olive oil.
1) Mix together crushed cornflakes, parmesan cheese, and the dry ranch packet.
2) brush or dip the chicken in/with olive oil then coat in the dry mixture.
3) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (30 minutes covered- then 30 minutes uncovered).
